Her Boundless Circle — Membership Terms

By joining her boundless circle and completing payment, you ("the Member") agree to the terms set out below with STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED, operating as Boundless ("the Provider").

Please read these terms carefully. Completing payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

1. What's Included

Membership in her boundless circle includes access to:

• A private 30-minute onboarding call with Emi Wong
• Weekly live group circle calls
• A weekly experiment / practice
• Monthly course modules with integration worksheets
• Guest sessions sharing inspiring journeys from women who have carved their own path
• A private community space hosted on Circle.so

Access is delivered through the Circle.so platform and is available for the duration of your active membership term.

2. Membership Plans & Fees

You may choose one of two plans:

6-Month Plan
USD $48 per month, billed as one payment every 6 months (USD $288 per term).

Annual Plan
USD $38 per month, billed as one payment annually (USD $456 per year).

3. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each paid term unless cancelled.

• You may cancel future renewals at any time.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end your current term early.
• Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
• To cancel, follow the cancellation steps in your account or contact emi.stayfitandtravel@gmail.com before your renewal date.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of perceived results
• Not attending calls or using the community
• Personal or financial circumstances

If you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of your current paid term, but no partial or full refund will be issued for that term.

The Member acknowledges that membership provides access to live calls, community, and content delivered over time, and that the Provider reserves time and resources upon payment.

5. The Guarantee

The Provider offers the following good-faith guarantee:

If you actively participate for three months — attending calls, engaging in the community, and doing the work — and genuinely feel nothing has shifted, Emi will personally get on a 40-minute 1:1 call with you to understand and address what may be in the way.

This guarantee is a commitment of time and support. It is not a refund offer and does not alter the no-refund policy in Clause 4.

6. Member Conduct

her boundless circle is a safe, supportive space for women. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat all members and the Provider with kindness and respect
• Keep what is shared in the community confidential
• Not harass, demean, or harm other members
• Not promote, sell, or solicit other members without permission

The Provider reserves the right to remove any member who breaches these standards, without refund.

7. Confidentiality

What is shared within her boundless circle stays within her boundless circle. Both the Provider and Members agree to keep personal and sensitive information shared in calls and the community strictly confidential. This obligation continues after membership ends.

8. Not Therapy or Professional Advice

her boundless circle is a peer support and mentorship community. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared by the Provider or members substitutes for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual Property

All course modules, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED. Members may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach these materials without prior written consent.

10. No Guarantee of Specific Results

The Provider makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes or transformations. Individual experiences vary based on each member's participation, circumstances, and effort.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED and Emi Wong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from membership or any decisions made as a result of it.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the automatic renewal, the no-refund policy, and member conduct expectations.
