Boundless 1:1 Mentorship — Terms & Agreement

By submitting the application form and completing payment for the Boundless 1:1 Mentorship Programme, you ("the Client") agree to the terms set out below with STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED, operating as Boundless ("the Mentor").
Please read these terms carefully. Completion of payment constitutes binding acceptance of this Agreement.
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between:
Mentor / Service Provider:
Wong Emily Lok Ting, known professionally as Emi Wong
STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED (operating as Boundless)
Client:
The individual who completes the Boundless 1:1 Mentorship application form and payment.
2. Scope of Mentorship
Under this Agreement, the Mentor will provide:
- Two (2) 60-minute private video call sessions per month with Emi Wong
- Text and voice message support between sessions via Telegram (Monday–Friday, response within 48 hours)
- Experiments and practices to integrate between sessions
- Full access to Her Boundless Circle — an online community platform including weekly group calls, guest speaker sessions, and monthly course modules
- Personalised guidance, books, journaling prompts, short films, and tools as appropriate to the Client's situation
Mentorship is a collaborative, commitment-based process and not a done-for-you service. Results depend on the Client's own active participation.
3. Fees & Payment
The Client may choose one of two pricing options at the time of application:
Option A — Monthly
USD $588 per month, billed monthly in advance.
Subject to a minimum three (3) month commitment.
Option B — Six Months Upfront
USD $2,888, billed in full at the start of the engagement.
Covers six (6) consecutive months of mentorship.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed before each billing cycle begins
- Mentorship services will not be delivered without confirmed payment
- Late or failed payments may result in paused access to services
- Payments are processed via Stripe or such other platform as designated by the Mentor
4. Term & Commitment
Initial Term
This Agreement begins on the date of first payment.
- Monthly tier: Minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months
- Six-month tier: Six (6) consecutive months
This Agreement does not automatically renew.
Renewal
If the Client wishes to continue after the initial term:
- A new minimum commitment of equivalent length is required for each renewal
- Continuation is subject to Mentor availability and mutual agreement
- The Mentor reserves the right to decline renewal at her sole discretion
Loyalty Pricing
If the Client chooses to renew within 30 days of completing any term, they will retain their current rate for that renewal period. This applies to each renewal cycle — as long as the Client renews within 30 days of their most recent term ending, they keep their existing price.
If the Client does not renew within 30 days of a term ending, the Mentor's current pricing at the time of re-engagement will apply.
5. No Refund & Chargeback Policy
All payments made under this Agreement are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Lack of perceived results
- Personal or financial circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts or missed sessions
- Partial participation or unused sessions
The Client acknowledges that mentorship is a time-based service and that the Mentor's time and availability are reserved upon payment.
Chargeback Protection
The Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through Stripe or any other payment provider.
By making payment, the Client confirms:
- They are entering a minimum commitment of three (3) months or six (6) months as selected
- Services are delivered progressively over time, not as a one-time product
- Payment covers the Mentor's time, access, and availability — not guaranteed outcomes
In the event of a chargeback:
- This Agreement constitutes binding evidence of the Client's commitment and consent
- The Client remains legally responsible for the full outstanding amount
- The Mentor reserves the right to recover all outstanding funds, including any associated fees and administrative costs
6. Cancellation & Termination
The Client may choose to discontinue participation at any time; however, the full fee remains non-refundable.
The Mentor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client:
- Breaches the terms of this Agreement
- Behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
7. Scheduling & Sessions
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session
- Sessions cancelled or missed without adequate notice are forfeited with no refund or replacement
- Sessions must be used within the active mentorship period and do not carry over
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Take full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes
- Attend sessions on time and come prepared
- Engage actively and honestly in the mentorship process
The Client understands that mentorship is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or any form of professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Disclaimer & No Guarantee
Nothing in this Agreement or provided during mentorship constitutes therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
The Mentor makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or transformations. Individual results will vary based on each Client's circumstances, effort, and commitment.
10. Boundaries of Support
- Messaging support is available Monday to Friday only
- Response time is up to 48 hours during business days
- The Mentor does not provide emergency, crisis, or out-of-hours support
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, tools, content, and resources provided by the Mentor remain the sole intellectual property of STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED.
The Client may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach any such materials without prior written consent from the Mentor.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all personal, sensitive, and business information shared during the mentorship strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.
13. Data & Privacy
The Mentor will collect and process only the personal data necessary to deliver the mentorship services. Client data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication via email within 14 days of the dispute being raised.
If the dispute is not resolved within that period, both parties agree to refer the matter to mediation before pursuing any legal proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED and Emi Wong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the mentorship relationship or any decisions made by the Client as a result of it.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes not resolved through the process set out in Clause 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
18. Acceptance
By submitting the application form, checking the agreement box, and completing payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement, including:
- The minimum commitment selected (three months for monthly tier, or six months for the upfront tier) and payment obligations
- The no refund and no chargeback policy
- Full personal responsibility for their participation and results
A timestamped record of this acceptance is retained by STAY FIT AND TRAVEL LIMITED as binding evidence of the Client's agreement to these terms.
